Hello and thanks for visiting my website
I've lived in Cornwall for over thirty years and reside in Polperro on the south east coast. I love to spend my time seeking creative inspiration whilst out on walks with Ethel dog. Immersion in the natural environment and my personal interpretation of the enchanting Cornish landscape provide a connective thread throughout my artwork and handmade jewellery pieces
The aim with all of my collages is to capture a moment or a favourite place to produce intimate and sometimes abstract images which reflect the diversity and beauty of the natural landscape. Many of my commissions are produced from a brief and supplied images of a landscape which holds a personal significance to an individual, loved one, friend or family member
My collages are created using discarded magazines, greetings cards and junk mail upcycled into individual works of art. Each collage is delivered mounted ready for framing. If you would like to discuss a commission please do get in touch
Sea glass can take as much as two hundred years to acquire its characteristic texture and unique shape and is well regarded by some as a symbol of renewal and healing. All of my sea glass pebbles are beachcombed from local shorelines in Cornwall. I take inspiration from the colour, size and shape of the glass to create individual pieces of jewellery
